Garmin Instinct E System Software 8.09 Update Released
System Software version 8.09 update for the Instinct E series introduces several new features, including an Area Calculation application, additional menu items within the controls section, and an After Sunset gesture setting. A History glance and a Pulse Oximeter screen have been added to the Altitude Acclimation widget. Support for the Daily Summary feature has also been implemented.
Bug fixes in this release address various issues, including a problem with adding glance folders in the Android Garmin Connect Mobile app and a scaling issue affecting the Heart Rate Variability chart. Additionally, a fix has been applied to the reply function for inReach Messenger notifications.
