Your Garmin Venu 3 Just Got Better – Here’s What’s New! – All the changes in Software 13.17
Garmin’s latest beta update for the Venu 3 and 3S brings some useful upgrades to improve tracking, accuracy, and customisation options.
If you use an HRM 200 heart rate monitor, your watch will now fully support pairing and data tracking, giving you more detailed heart rate insights during workouts. Body Battery accuracy has also been improved, especially for those who use multiple Garmin devices. This means a more reliable energy score, helping you better understand when to push harder and when to rest.
The update also ensures compatibility with the latest Connect IQ apps, watch faces, and data fields, so you can continue to personalise your watch with new features and designs.
One important change to note—ECG functionality will be disabled in this beta version. It’s best to stay on the current public software if you rely on the ECG app. However, ECG will return in later beta versions closer to the next official release, and it remains available on all live software updates for compatible devices.
This beta is all about fine-tuning your experience, making your watch more accurate, customisable, and ready for your next workout.
